Charming trullos with typical and suggestive architecture, equipped with every comfort to comfortably accommodate 6 people, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which with Jacuzzi, and large garden with patio, barbecue and parking spaces. The accommodation is located in a quiet and green hamlet of Martina Franca, a 10-minute drive from the center and in a convenient position to reach the other unmissable places in the area such as Ostuni, Locorotondo and Alberobello. The space The accommodation of about 160 sqm is located on the ground floor of a complex of trulli and has a large garden with barbecue. There are some steps outside and two inside to separate the rooms. ATTENTION: there is an external staircase that leads to the roof, be careful if traveling with small children. The space is divided as follows: - KITCHEN equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and traditional oven - LIVING ROOM with dining table, armchairs and TV - BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and internal BATHROOM equipped with wc, shower box and bidet - BEDROOM II with double bed, clothes stand and chest of drawers - BEDROOM III with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers - BATHROOM II equipped with wc, bidet and Jacuzzi - BATHROOM III equipped with wc and shower box - Covered PATIO equipped with table and chairs - LAUNDRY ROOM with sink and washing machine Private outdoor parking with parking spaces is available. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, underfloor heating, mosquito nets, video intercom, fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). N.B.: the fireplaces in the house are NOT functional. Guest access The house is at guests' disposal!
