The space Our property consists of 9 charming units spread across two buildings, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Guests can enjoy a shared courtyard with seating, as well as a balcony featuring a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, lawn games, and complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore, our property offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Guest access Guests can enjoy complimentary access to all shared common areas, including the courtyard and upstairs balcony, providing a relaxing space to unwind. Our on-site laundry facility is available during set hours for an additional fee. We also offer luggage storage before or after your stay for a small fee, ensuring a convenient and flexible experience. Other things to note There is a $25 fee to use our laundry facility. Please message us to receive an invoice and the code for the laundry room. Detergent is not included at this time, please bring your own. Luggage storage is available for $10 before check in if your unit is not ready and after check out if needed. Please contact us for more information. Storage container dimensions: 21" by 21" by 3" Our hot water is solar powered and may not be as hot on cloudy days. While it's a rare occurrence that our solar panels do not get enough light, it does happen from time to time so we ask for your patience and understanding.
