Guest access Guests have access to the entire property with exception of the basement, which has it's own private access on the side of the house. There is no common area shared with the Main floor or back yard. We give our guests space but are available when needed. The back yard pool and hot tub are exclusive to the Main floor guests. Due to cooler temperatures in the winter, the pool is only open from about May 15 to Sept 15 (temperature dependent). Other things to note Pool available seasonally and can be heated for an additional $150/night (3 night minimum). Please reach out to us at least 24 hours before arriving as it takes time to get it warmed up, if not already warmed up. No drinking anywhere near the pool or hot tub. Pool usage is at your own risk and children must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. NO DIVING. NO GLASS. Rest assured, the hot tub will always be heated and is included with your reservation. If you have any questions on its operation feel free to reach out. Please be aware that the pool is closed during the winter season. Note, to respect our neighbours we can't allow backyard use after 10 pm (includes pool/hot tub/patio) and please no loud music or loud noises outside the home anytime. We have installed noise monitoring inside and on pool deck to maintain a peaceful environment for the neighbourhood. Note this property isn't setup to host large wedding events.
