We require guests to provide the above information before self check-in instruction is sent. • Check-in is 3PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay. • No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement. • We have security cameras at outside and inside of the entrance (a total of 2). The security cameras are only used to serve the purpose of helping our guests check-in smoothly especially when the house are rented by room. For the entire house booking, we will turn off the camera inside the entrance. SUSTAINABILITY PRACTICES • We are committed to promoting sustainable practices and reducing our environmental footprint. In line with this, we kindly ask for your cooperation in conserving energy during your stay. • Before leaving the premises, please ensure that all air conditioning units, lights, fans, TVs, chargers, and any other electronic devices are turned off. If you're opening windows for fresh air, please remember to close them before you depart. PETS • Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property. DAMAGE • We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out. SMOKING • Our property is 100% smoke free; regardless of whether inside or out. You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a 50,000yen fine. EVENTS & GATHERINGS • We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 8PM-7AM. • We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host. PLEASE NOTE • Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental.
