Other things to note Nearby shopping facilities can be found in Ferdinandshof (10 km, 3 supermarkets, 1 beverage store) and in Ducherow (8 km, 1 supermarket, 1 beverage store, 1 bakery). Here are some bathing options: At the natural Lübkow Lake ( 4 km), Lake Altwigshagen (bathing platform, jetty, sandy beach, 4 km) and on the beach of the seaside resort Ueckermünde (with many shopping facilities & sights, 20 km) you can cool off. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away, depending on traffic. In Torgelow (about 25 km) you can visit the Ukranenland and the Castrum. If you are interested in the Middle Ages, this is the place to be! There is also the outdoor pool "Heidebad Torgelow." Movie theaters are in Ueckermünde and Anklam. There is a zoo in Ueckermünde. You will find an indoor swimming pool in Anklam and Greifswald.
