This Courtyard Villa is just 0.3 miles to the center of Spanish Springs Square. You’ll recognize Spanish Springs Town Square by its unique fabled history from the exteriors of the shops to the fountains on the square. Walk to nightly entertainment. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom comes with KING Size bed in the Master Bedroom. QUEEN Tempur-Pedic bed in the guest bedroom. 75-inch TV. A sleeper sofa in the Living Room. 1 rollaway bed TWIN. Complete with linens, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment and wifi. The space This Villa has a fully enclosed yard with a table, chairs and umbrella. You can also enjoy a private game of Corn Hole or enjoy the practice putting green. Guest access Located near the center of Spanish Springs Town Square, which is one of three town squares in "The Villages". The Villages is America's premier Active Adult Retirement Community located in sunny central Florida. For guests wanting to access the pools, recreation clubs or golf, a Guest Pass is needed. Guests will need to send me the names, date of birth and address of all guests. I will have your passes available when you arrive. If you require a Resident Pass, a fee of $50 will be extra. A temporary resident will have full resident member access to the amenities with resident rates. A guest pays guest rates for golf, tennis and other amenities. Without a resident number, the guest will not be able to request advance T-times. A guest will not have access to sports pools or the woodworking shop and may experience difficulty accessing some shows and classes that allow resident's entry first and then allow guests when there is available space. Other things to note Gate Cards As a renter you will receive a Gate Card. Gate Cards permit renters to go about the community freely when going into a gated area. If you lose the gate card you will be required to pay the $50 fee to obtain a new gate card. Entry is a keypad which we will provide the access code prior to arrival so check in is contactless.
