Enjoy your time out in this beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Grünten and the Allgäu mountains. The apartment is very quietly located, in the middle of the Upper Allgäu, with many ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, hiking trails, swimming lakes, racing bike routes and mountain bike trails at your doorstep. The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request. The space The apartment is 65 square meters. There is a separate bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room. Both sleeping areas are completely dark. Fly screens in all rooms allow for ventilation without mosquito infestation. The apartment is also equipped with a decentralized ventilation system and underfloor heating. The apartment has its own basement and parking for 1 car. Another car can be parked 50 meters away. The kitchen is fully equipped. The amenities are of very high quality. Extra blankets, pillows, and towels can be found in the sofa. You also have your own basement for garbage and for storing strollers, wheels, skis & ski boots, etc. (see photos in the listing). If necessary, you can simply get a crib and tub as well as a high chair and baby monitor from the basement. The Wi-Fi password is on the key board. I would ask you to note the following: - Since we have a septic system, please do not flush toiletries (except toilet paper) or other items down the toilet. Thank you! - Please retract the awning in case of absence or bad weather, otherwise the sail will tear. - You will find an ashtray on the balcony next to the bench. - You would do us a big favor if you could briefly remove the glass wall after showering. For the sake of the ENVIRONMENT, please separate the garbage and be careful with electricity, water, heating, textiles and supplies in the apartment. Thank you! Guest access The property can also be reached by public transportation (train and bus). Other things to note The overnight rates are per night (regardless of the number of guests) incl. spa and tourism fees and final cleaning. I ask for your understanding that in rare exceptional cases where guests have received particularly bad reviews several times, I reserve the right to demand a security deposit in advance.
