Cozy Cottage at Rye Beach

An adorable modern cottage in the historic Rye Beach neighborhood with lake access will be perfect for your next getaway! Ideal for families for up to 4 adults maximum and 2 children. Just minutes from Cedar Point, Sports Force Park Center, and the full Lake Erie Shores & Islands experience, guests will enjoy the comfy bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with seating for 6, two smart TVs, deck with propane grill, and backyard with wood burning fire pit. House rental gives guests access to the neighborhood waterfront park on Lake Erie (5 minute walk) with playground, picnic tables, and small swimming beach. Free wifi allows those working "from home" the option to keep up from the bedroom desk or while curled up on the couch. Stay awhile and keep up with the laundry by utilizing the full washer and dryer. ONLY 4 adults maximum. Ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children as 2 beds are twin bunks. The House: Inside, the cottage has 3 bedrooms: A main bedroom with queen bed, a 2nd bedroom also with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed. There are 2 parking spaces. NO EXTRA VEHICLES. Full Bath with tub/shower combo with towels for each guest and hand towels Heat / AC (central air) Washer / Dryer Fully equipped kitchen Bed linens and dish rags/dish towels included 2 parking spaces in driveway - Please note that there is NO ADDITIONAL PARKING available on the street or in the neighborhood. We can accommodate 2 vehicles only. Propane grill, deck and fire pit with seating on the back deck and backyard *** Please be aware, from about mid-May through June and potentially into July, mayflies will be in the shoreline towns and neighborhoods of Lake Erie. This is just part of the local charm! ;) Mayflies are COMPLETELY harmless, and are a big reason for the great fishing available in the Great Lake. To keep mayflies out of the house, keep exterior lights off, and don’t leave doors and windows open longer than needed.
