Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property with its own private entrance, parking to accommodate 3-4 cars, with additional free street parking, included Wi-Fi, private outside barbecue area, laundry nook, and complimentary coffee. Other things to note PETS CONSIDERED Dogs are considered with qualifications and additional amount- please request our pet questionnaire for full details prior to booking. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We DO NOT allow cooking with strong aromatic foods, such as curry or fish fry, as our guest turnover doesn't allow time to properly remove the smell. We do not have a designated area for this type of cooking on-premises. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $250 or more. 🚨Important to Note:  Before you arrive, you’ll be contacted by our third-party provider, Truvi, to choose between a damage deposit or a damage waiver 🛡️. This step is meant to give you an extra layer of protection against any property damage during your stay. Please note that this process is completely optional and not required ✅ — Your reservation will remain confirmed whether or not you complete it. However, if you’d like this additional protection, we recommend completing it before arrival for a smoother check-in experience and added peace of mind 🧘‍♂️.
