Welcome to a traditional wooden house in one of Rovaniemi's greenest and most popular residential areas. The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the university and the Kemijoki river, about 2.8 kilometers from the center of Rovaniemi. All living spaces are at your disposal and check-in is flexible thanks to the key box. You can park your car in the yard of the house. The nearest grocery store is about 600 meters away. Step inside, put on your wool socks (provided by the house), enjoy the sauna and relax. The space The house has three floors. The house's kitchen, one bathroom and living room are located on the middle floor. There is also a bedroom with a double bed on the middle floor. Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms. The living room also has a sofa bed. Downstairs there is a sauna, always with a ready-made stove, and a bathroom. The apartment has an air heat pump that can be used for cooling in summer. Guest access You have access to all the living spaces in the house. However, the technical maintenance facilities on the ground floor of the house are not available to guests.
