This contract has terms relating to your booking and information regarding the general care of the property during your stay. You will be provided with access to your very own Guest Guide containing lots of useful information about the property and the local area. ★ Free parking in our private car park is available exclusively to guests of Settle and is available on a first-come-first-served basis (no need to book). Please note that space can be limited, especially for larger vehicles. Free and unrestricted street parking is also readily available on surrounding side roads. ★ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: ★ Welcome pack of drinks and biscuits upon arrival ★ ROOMS: All rooms have 100% cotton bed linen, 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and a bath mat. ★ PARKING: Parking for 2 cars in marked spaces at the front of the building, 3-4 more spaces down the track to the rear of the property. Unrestricted parking on nearby roads- Arthur Road, Atherley Road, Thornbury Avenue. ★ LUGGAGE STORAGE: There is secure luggage or bicycle storage on site at the moment
