Other things to note - Freshly laundered linens are provided for all beds, and bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are also provided. Additionally, a kitchen towel and rag are included for your convenience. For longer stays, if additional washing is needed, we kindly ask that guests use the washers and dryers located on the main level. - Our welcome package includes one roll of toilet paper, a trash bag in each of the trash cans, one roll of paper towels, one bar of soap, and shampoo. We have also left a starter dish detergent, and we kindly ask that guests replace what they use. If none is left by the prior guest, please purchase your own. - Linens, blankets, and towels are professionally provided and laundered by a third party service. While quality and comfort are consistent, colors and styles may vary slightly from those shown in listing photos. - This property is smoke-free, and a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs within the condo or on the balcony. - We will provide two parking passes and pool wristbands. The pool wristbands must be left in the condo before your departure. - Motorcycles are permitted to park in the overflow parking garage across the street only. - You will receive the keyless door code 2 hours prior to check-in, so please be sure to check your messages before arriving.
