A bright apartment very close to Madrid

Bright apartment for four people, spacious and quiet. Four bedrooms, each with a single bed. Ideal for traveling with friends, family or displaced workers, and spending a few days getting to know Madrid. Perfectly located with a bus right at the door and a train a 5-minute walk away. The train will leave you in the center of Madrid in a few minutes (Sol, Nuevos Ministerios, Recoletos...). If you prefer to visit the Sierra Madrileña, you can go by train to El Escorial and visit the Monastery. The space The apartment consists of a living/dining room for four diners open to a bright balcony with city views. Four bedrooms with single beds. Each bedroom is a different size, but all of them are fully furnished with single beds, closets, and desks. In each of them you will find a set of sheets and towels for each guest. Two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, gas stove, water heater and toaster. You'll find plates, glasses, pots and pans for cooking. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment: kitchen with laundry, two full bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), living room with balcony and four bright and fully equipped bedrooms. Other things to note It is a second floor without an elevator. Two of the bedrooms overlook a very quiet, bright and spacious courtyard. The third also overlooks the courtyard, but through a narrower area. The fourth bedroom overlooks the main street. Each bedroom is a different size, two of which are large and spacious. The third is a little smaller. And finally there is the youngest of the house, which was the old study room and library where my brothers and I studied. I still have the original shelves that my father put in it to store the encyclopedia with which he helped us study. Parking for vehicles is on the street, there is no parking for cars on the block. A minute's walk away you will find a small square where you can always park and it has no green or blue zone, so you will not have to pay to park there. All rooms have a ceiling fan for hot days, and there are two portable air conditioners that you can put wherever you want during the summer. At the entrance to the house you will sign a basic rental contract with me, so that we are all in agreement and satisfied.
