Sunset Beach Resort is a small, beachfront stay in Moalboal offering a peaceful, home-style escape. Once a private property, it’s now thoughtfully opened to guests who prefer a quiet, relaxed setting. Very near and accessible to the famous sardines run, and just a 5-minute walk from cafes, bars, and restaurants. Close to Panagsama Beach’s hotspots yet away from the noise. A calm place to come home to, with charm from our friendly dogs. The space This room is located on the ground floor, and features a sea view through the window. Please note that children aged five (5) years old and above are considered adults. Only one (1) child aged 4 years old and below is allowed and must share bed with the adults. Guests not following this rule will be charged double. Thanks for understanding! Early check-in Information: If you arrive early, we offer early check-in for ₱200 per hour before 2:00 PM, subject to room availability. If the room isn’t ready, you’re welcome to leave your bags at reception for safekeeping. For guaranteed early check-in, we recommend booking the night before. Guest access Guests can use the pool from 9am to 10:30 pm. During your stay Our staff is around to assist you, and reception is open daily until 8 PM. Other things to note During your stay, you might meet our lovely pets: Athena, our half-Golden Retriever who enjoys swimming in the sea; Pooty Ta, who loves to nap all day; and Foxy, their mom and the smallest of the trio, who loves sunbathing and can be a bit moody. They’re all wonderful dogs! Some noise should also be expected to hear during your stay like boat engines and dog barks. But most of the time, it's quiet and peaceful.
