This is your perfect place! The space This one-bedroom apartment is located in the basement apartment complex of the State Line Station convenient store. The living room has a pullout couch that can be made into a full bed. The apartment has private W/D for your convenience. It can be accessed through the main building during business hours (6:00 am to 10:00 pm) and by breezeway stairway or ramp outside after hours. Guest access We have a shared picnic area and green space across the parking lot that offers beautiful views and picnic tables. The apartment has two doors with secure key pad access. One door is accessed during business hours from the main level and the patio door can be accessed by stairway on the east side of the building or ramp on the west side of the building. Free parking is available on either side of the building, but it is most convenient to park on the east side of the building. Other things to note This is a basement apartment. Some noise is to be expected as the upstairs convenient store and post office is prepped for opening and during business hours.
