Fully equipped and furnished, comfortable work desk, plenty of wardrobes. Elevator. Sauna and gym available 24 hours a day. Bicycles. Excellent communication point: 2 min. walk to the Orłowo SKM station. The space Green Hill is a boutique ApartHotel, located in a large modernist villa, thoroughly modernized in 2023, designed by Gdynia architects. The interiors stylistically refer to the era of modernism, which is closely related to the beginnings of Gdynia. We have designed the apartments to be comfortable and functional for both long and short stays - they are richly equipped with dishes and kitchen accessories (including baking), and a coffee maker. Coffee, tea, sugar, spices, mineral water, hotel cosmetics are at your disposal. Other things to note We are conscious hosts - we are close to ecology and respect for the nature that surrounds our place is surrounded by. We heat the building with a heat pump, we get energy from the sun, we water the garden with rainwater, which we collect in underground tanks. Whenever possible, we choose eco-friendly cleaning products.
