A porta-cot and high chair can be provided on request. This property has easy access to the fwy, is just a 20 min drive to the City & Fremantle, 10 min to the beach, 5 min to Cockburn train station and 3 min walk to the closest bus stop. Late check out and early check in can be requested. The space Jenniphur is a modern, neutral and calm space. The front door opens into the lounge area where you will find 2 comfortable sofas with a 50inch smart TV. It’s the perfect place to relax with a book or catch up on your favourite shows. The open plan kitchen /dining area comfortably seats 6, we have provided board games, books and puzzles for you to use during your stay. The fully equipped kitchen houses a full size fridge freezer with filtered water and ice machine, a large gas range cooker, air fryer, steamer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (and pods) a milk frother and all the other dinnerware and utensils you will need during your stay. This area leads out to our patio and garden, here you will find a gas bbq and an outdoor setting. Our master bedroom has a queen bed, 2 bedside tables, a dresser, walk in robe, ceiling fan and smart TV. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, 1 bedside table, dresser large built in wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds, built in robe and under bed storage. We have provided hangers in each robe for you to unpack and make yourself at home. Our bathroom comes with corner spa bath, shower and toilet. You will find a 2nd toilet in the laundry along with a washing machine. At the front of the house you will find Mango, Mandarin, Orange, Lemon and Lime trees, please feel free to help yourself to fruit when it is in season. Guest access You are able to access the entire property excluding the garage and shed. Other things to note Our property is a short 3 minute walk to the closest bus stop where you will also find a lovely park area with a children’s playground. We are a 5 minute walk to the local shops, here you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, bottle shop and a number of options for take away food. We are a 5 minute drive to Cockburn Central Train Station and Cockburn Gateway shopping Centre. 15 Minute drive to the beach. 20 Minute drive to both Perth City and Fremantle. 30 Minute drive to the airports.
