Two rooms for a family to share

Welcome to my peaceful and charming home. Few mins drive to Costco, T&T Supermarket, Fresh Co, Richmond Green Park, Highway 404, and various restaurants. You can explore downtown Toronto and other GTA destinations. Our location is convenient for car navigation. Local attractions Canada Wonderland (20-30 min drive), downtown Markham (10-15 min drive), downtown Toronto under 30 min, Pearson International Airport 30-40 min drive, and Niagara Falls 2-3 hours drive depending on the traffic. The space Two bedrooms have a joint bathroom which can be accessed from both bedroom on the side. Each bedroom includes one Queen bed, one nightstand, one big closet, and a work desk and chair. WI-FI, shared kitchen, living and breakfast dining table with host and other guest. For the safety and tranquility of the host and other guests, we don’t accept infant and toddler. No party and no visitor during your stay. If your plan is to bring lots of alcohols and foods partying with your friends, this is not a right place you should book. We don’t provide charging service for the electrical car. Please keep quiet between 9pm and 9am. Please sleep in Room#3 if you are snoring. I have tenants in the basement so please don’t jump in the stairs and make big noises. Thank you for cooperation and understanding. Guest access Guests can access their room and bathroom fully. Guests will share the kitchen, living room, and breakfast dinning room with host and other guests. Please feel free to ask local recommendations or reach out if you have any questions via text or in person. During your stay We have beautiful garden with patio in the backyard. We are surrounded by lots of nature. If you enjoy a peaceful environment, you will enjoy our neighborhood. Other things to note No party and no visitor during your stay.
