Description
Gorgeous, recently renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom guest house in the sought after Alberta neighborhood. Private entrance, great kitchen for cooking, and washer/dryer in unit. Hardwood floors, bright light, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Portland. Plenty of available street parking but also on a bike corridor for easy access to the rest of Portland. A short walk from amazing restaurants, bars, breweries, and lively commercial corridors. The space Private guest house at the back of property with private entrance, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully outfitted kitchen, washer and dryer, and cozy living room and dining space. The living room has a futon sofa that folds out into a small bed for one person to sleep on. Reminder: You are looking at a guest house located in the middle of a lively city. You will hear noises like dogs barking, cars or buses driving by, bicycles and cycle bells, some intermittent construction, kids playing or people working in their backyards. If booking during the week, most people are up and about by 7am and you will hear the noise of people taking calls, taking their dogs for a walk, etc (usual noises nothing out of the ordinary). If this is an issue and your group includes light sleepers, I would recommend bringing ear plugs or booking a place in the quiet countryside out in places like Forest Grove or Troutdale. Portland is a small city but it is still a bustling and busy place filled with the typical city noises. Other things to note No parties. No big gatherings. No additional guests without notifying me first. Maximum of two well-behaved pets allowed on property and please message me with details if you’re bringing your furry friends!
