Beautiful Bell Tent

Beautiful Bell Tent located on our pretty and secluded site. A perfect setting for a romantic getaway, surrounded by wildlife, or for a family wanting to disconnect from tech and reconnect with nature. The Bell tent is situated next to a beautiful natural pond that is teeming with wildlife. Just a short walk across the meadow and you will come to the banks of the river Went. The space If you want to stay in and cook, you have the choice of using the wood burning stove or the double gas stove (gas bottle included). A firepit it also provided if you want to sit outside at dusk, roast some marshmallows and watch the sun come down. We provide a basic cooking set-up (plates, cuttlery, pans, glasses, cups, chopping boards, utensils etc. The washing up facilities are located next to our bespoke shower & compost toilets that are housed in a vintage horsebox). If you want to eat out, there is a lovely local pub that we can reccomend for food just a short stroll away. Wood is not included, however you are welcome to bring your own, or for just £10 we can provide you with a large bundle of wood and kindling. We provide bedding for the double bed, however if there are guests using the sofa bed, please bring bedding for this as we do not generally supply this (although can for a small extra charge). Guest access We have chickens, horses and pygmy goats on our property. You are very welcome to feed the chickens and goats through the fence, or if you would like to go in the paddock with them, just ask one of us and we will endevour to make time to give you access in to the paddock as well as introduce you to our lovely horses. You are welcome to fish on our pond or from our riverbank. There are some lovely walks straight from our front door on to the transpennine trail which we would highly reccommend.
