Welcome to our home away from home, a cozy getaway 3 bd/2 bath cottage to unwind and create lasting memories with your family or friends. - No hassle to get to the beach for a quick morning walk, yoga, a full day of fun, or sunset on the beach. - 3 miles to Venice Beach, Venice Fishing Pier (Sharky's), and other fabulous beaches nearby. - 3 miles to Downtown Venice, restaurants & shops. - Bike trail that goes to Siesta Keys & downtown Sarasota-15 miles away. - Grocery store half a mile away. The space Our home is a cozy, clean, and peaceful place. We put our heart and soul into making our home welcoming. A home away from home without choirs ;) to kick back, and chill - good vibes only. LIVING ROOM - the room is a comfortable size with a 55" Smart TV, sofa, coffee table, couple of pouf ottomans, and dining room table. TV is connected to the internet, and no cable TV service is provided. Please feel free to use your personal streaming services. Our intention with minimal TV accommodations is to truly relax and disconnect from everyday life and everyday news. BEDROOM - with a king-size bed, its own bathroom with a walk-in shower, fully stocked with bathroom essentials. Full-size closets with hangers, full body mirror, a ceiling fan, and window blinds. This bedroom is to the rear of the house, which provides only access from the inside of the house to the screened porch for ease of fresh morning breath in your PJs ;) BEDROOM 2- queen size bed, ceiling fan, full-size closets with hangers, and full body mirror. BEDROOM 3- two twin-size beds, ceiling fan, full-size closets with hangers. BATHROOM - the full-size bathroom with a bathtub and shower in the hallway is stocked with bathroom essentials. KITCHEN - is fully stocked, for a full list please refer to the Amenities section. Sink with the garbage disposal. Dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and garbage bags are provided. We also provide basic cooking oils, an assortment of spices, salt, and pepper to help you start a great meal with the grocery store half a mile away. Hopefully, everything you might need if you feel like cooking ;) Gas grill for you to use as well. OUTDOOR PORCH - In the evening after a full day at the beach or touring the nearby towns or beaches, you can simply relax on our screened roof-covered wooden porch that is quiet and relaxing. A dining table and outdoor sofa with ceiling fans to keep you cool. PLEASE NOTE: only access from the inside of the house to the porch is via a master bedroom; to be honest not the most convenient access, but still works and we make the best of it :) Fully fenced backyard, part sun/part shade. LAUNDRY - A full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, and drying rack - are located in the garage. So we kindly ask you not to park in the garage to keep the space tidy and clean. PARKING - There is enough parking space in front of the house to accommodate two cars. Street parking is allowed. We love our home and we hope you will too. If you have any questions before and after booking do not hesitate to ask. Guest access Guests can access the entire house and its property. Prior to your arrival, you’ll receive a code that will allow you access to the home during your stay. Other things to note For equestrian enthusiasts, we are only 3 miles away from Fox Lee Farm. Other available items : - 4 adult bikes, 3 helmets, locks, and an air pump. - 6 beach towels, 6 beach chairs, a beach blanket, 2 beach umbrellas, a rolling cooler, a beach wagon, and beach sand toys. - Metal sifter and handmade mash for shark teeth hunting. - Yoga mat, volleyball, outdoor classic cornhole set, badminton rackets - Board games: Chessboard, Connect4, Hungry Hippos, Battleship, Jenga, and cards.
