The space Apartment Details: • A beautifully furnished bedroom with a queen bed and large closet • Sofa bed in living room converts to double bed • Living room with WFH setup, TV, high-speed internet • Full bathroom with enclosed tub/shower • Full kitchen with personal fridge, induction stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster • Fully separate and private apartment entrance • Common laundry with washer and dryer • Common patio and neat backyard for fresh air Parking Details: • Street parking is always available from March 15th to December 31st. • Driveway parking is available from January 1st to March 15th. Guest access • Full private access to entire apartment • Common laundry with a washer and dryer • Common patio: full access as long as you respect the noise level for the neighbors beside you • EV charging is available for Teslas. Charging availability and cost are determined on a case-by-case basis upon request. • Driveway parking during winter months (Jan. 1st to Mar. 15th), free street parking during the remaining months. Other things to note • This is a basement apartment with its own separate entrance. The ground and top levels are for my personal use. Also, the driveway is for my personal use only, except for the duration between Jan. 1 and Mar. 15. • For long-term guests: Consumable amenities are only provided for the first week of the stay. After that you will be responsible for replenishing consumable amenities.
