Welcome to The South House at Bimini Cove Resort and Marina. Located on the corner of both the marina and the beach, this beautiful 2 Bedroom, 3 bathroom town home is ready for you to relax, enjoy the views and all that the Bimini Islands have to offer! The ocean, sandy beach, infinity pool and poolside tiki bar are a short, 1 minute walk away. If arriving by boat, request a slip near unit 7A and you'll have easy access to your vessel, and it'll will be within eyesight from the unit. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level, each with private en-suites. The large primary bedroom provides a 3/4 bathroom, floor space that could be used for an additional sleeping space and a walk out to the terrace area overlooking the marina. The guest bedroom has views of the ocean and pool area and provides a full tub/ shower in the private bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the comfortable and chic living room, dining room and full kitchen. Balconies off both ends of the unit and space for all the fun, games, celebrations, relaxation and enjoyment that you're looking for on your visit to the Bimini Islands! Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of a few locked owner's closets. Laundry machines are available for a fee at the Bimini Cove Resort main office. Please note that while the Bimini Islands continue to develop and make improvements throughout, these are still quaint, remote islands. As such, you may experience a temporary outage of power, wifi connection and/or water pressure. While these instances are greatly reducing in frequency, they are unpredictable and may cause a slight inconvenience during your stay, should they occur.
