Guests will enjoy their light, bright, spacious bedroom with a spectacular view of the lagoon style pool from the room. The Rooftop Terrace is perfect for swimming, suntanning, al fresco dining as well as taking in the spectacular sea views! The Pool View Room is a spacious, single bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The main living room and kitchen are shared along with the two outdoor pool areas in the Main Courtyard and Rooftop Terrace. Amenities in the Pool View Room include: a 32 " Roku Smart TV, 110v/220v electricity, a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. In addition to the small appliances in the room, guests have full access to the shared main kitchen, living/dining areas and washer/dryer. In addition, guests can also enjoy al fresco dining in the Main Courtyard and Rooftop Terrace along with lagoon style pool and elongated plunge pool. We personally meet all of our guests upon their arrival to give a quick tour/orientation of the bed and breakfast as well as the grounds. The Pool View Room in Condo Nautilo is located in Lance Aux Epines, St. George - a beautiful and scenic peninsula in the southwest of Grenada. The Coconut Palm is less than 10 minutes drive from Point Salines International Airport, 5 minutes drive from the famous Grand Anse beach and shopping area, and 15 minutes drive to downtown St. George's - the main city. Lance Aux Epines is known for its upscale dwellings and vacation properties in quiet and peaceful settings. Great shopping, fabulous international restaurants, nightlife, and, of course, the sandy beaches, are all just a few minutes away. The closest beach, Turtleback Beach, is only a two minute stroll away from the villa. For convenience, the majority of our guests rent a car.. However, there are many local, reputable taxi drivers that can provided transportation. Although Lance aux Epines is not normally served by the local bus system, local buses run daily in Lance aux Epines during peak hours (approximately 7am - 9am and 2:00pm - 5:00pm). Additionally, local ride services (Yogo Lifts and Caribeats) are available by downloading their apps from your Play/App Store. Continental Breakfast Supplies (bread, butter, preserves, eggs, coffee, tea, milk, and juice) are included in the room rate and placed in the room's mini-fridge for your convenience. Beach towels and a complimentary Wash and Fold service are provided. Local meal and grocery services are available. A la carte Room Service (limited hours) menus for breakfast and lunch/dinner are available upon request.
