A beautifully recently renovated two bedroom home in Waterloo (L22), comprising of living room, open kitchen/dining area, small sunny enclosed yard, 2 bedrooms, office and bathroom. The house is close to Anthony Gormley's Iron Men, Lakeside Adventure Centre, Crosby Coastal Park, shops, bars and restaurants. The street is quiet with street parking Pets allowed (2 max) Transport: Waterloo Train Station is a 5 minute walk away (0.2 m). Liverpool City Centre - 20 minutes train journey The space This is a lovely bright property which has recently been renovated, comprising of living room, kitchen/dining room, dedicated office space, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and small enclosed yard which gets a lot of sun throughout the day. This property has been tastefully decorated with comfort in mind, providing home comforts such as Smart TV, WIFI, and comfortable furnishings. Pet friendly - we are pet friendly and guests are allowed to bring up to 2 pets. Polite request for dog owners: Please can we ask that guests do not allow their dogs to sleep on/in beds or on any bedding. Dogs must sleep on their own bed/blanket, preferably downstairs. We would like to advise all guests that this is an old property (modern decor) and has a steep staircase, therefore, would not be suitable for any guests who have any mobility issues. Guests with young children: As mentioned above, the property does have a steep staircase and because of the design of the staircase, we can only just about fit a stairgate on the bottom of the stairs but not at the top. Guests can fit a stairgate to the main bedroom door frame. Available upon request: 1 stairgate 1 highchair 1 folding bed, suitable for child/teenager Guest access You'll have access to the full house and garden area. Other things to note Our house has a steep staircase, therefore may not be suitable for guests who have mobility issues.
