In Salies-de-Béarn, we offer this charming 180 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 2,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you ! The space The accommodation is composed as follows : First floor - 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... Upstairs : - Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 : queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4 : two bunk beds (sleeps 4) - Bathroom with shower - Two separate WCs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron. Exterior : - A private (unheated) 12x6m swimming pool, secured by an electric roller shutter and open from June to September (dates non-contractual). - A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather - 2,000 m² private garden Other things to note Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics). - The fireplace is operational from October to March (dates not contractual), wood is not supplied. - One pet is allowed free of charge in the accommodation, please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
