Designers Barn Nr Soho Farmhouse

Winner of Creativepool Spatial Design Award 2024! Designed by OC Studio, our little barn is surrounded by stunning countryside yet situated in the heart of the charming village of Duns Tew with historic pub, The White Horse (their food is amazing!) being just a minute's walk away. Plus it's just 8 minutes to Soho Farmhouse gate too. The Barn is close to popular Cotswolds spots like Blenheim Palace, Chipping Norton, Bicester Village, Silverstone & a perfect post-festival decompression bolt-hole. The space Featured in the Evening Standard, House Beautiful Magazine, The Daily Mail and shortlisted for Creativepool's Spatial Design Annual Award 2024, the Barn is a wonderfully light and bright place to stay! The spacious Master Bedroom has a kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a desk for working. The second bedroom has a double bed and it's own patio door out to the outdoor dining area. The shower room/guest toilet is right next to second bedroom. The open plan kitchen/lounge has 2 sets of French doors that open out onto the South-East facing garden area/outdoor dining area. We have an outdoor lounge set with parasol as well as 8 seater dining table that has an optional cover for rain or shine. We have two single fold out beds that can be used individually or can be put together to make a double in the lounge. The bedding for these can be found in the coffee table trunk in the lounge. In case you prefer to eat inside there is a pop out table for 2 people underneath the TV, two chairs are inside it and we have a further two folding white metal chairs in the shed if needed. Guest access Access via the little wooden gate, lockbox located on the right hand side of the glass doors that face the shed, closest doors to the fence. You will have access to the entire property and garden/patio. Other things to note Please only park in front of the wall of the house as we have somewhat designated spaces along with our neighbours. There's space for 2 (possibly 3) cars to be parked in front of the large gates along the wall of the house to the small entrance gate. The rest of the village also has free street parking if needed.
