From the large, high-quality ground floor apartment, everything is within minutes walking distance: restaurants, café via SPA/swimming pool, museums, playground, cinema, various leisure activities. After booking, I will send you many tips and activities around Ulm and the surrounding area The space A bright living/ dining area with a high-quality open kitchen awaits you. A separate bedroom (box spring bed with 2 mattresses) of a swiveling TV and a large closet. One bathroom incl. bathtub. A noble extendable table with 4 comfortable chairs. On the balcony a great view of the river Blau. The entrance area is spacious. The sofa can be included in a bed. Convert the mattress. In the basement there is a shared bicycle room. On demand also a lockable basement room. Wifi with 16 Mbps and a working area with ergonomic chair is provided. Netflix with your own account possible. You can have breakfast at the restaurant just across the street. Summer: The apartment is pleasant, but the fan can be used. Just let me know, and I'll get it ready :-). Guest access Feel comfortable throughout the apartment! Everything will be prepared for you: from a freshly made bed to hygienic cleaning to a bottle of water, 1 bar of Nespresso capsules, etc... If you have any special requests, please let me know. After your booking, you will receive great tips about Ulm and approx. 2-3 days before your arrival I will send you the codes for check-in. Other things to note The spa area is one door away. Svea Spa (please reserve early as this is very popular in Ulm). Parking: We offer a free parking space in 89250 Senden (video surveillance) - driving service to Ulm (about 10-15 min) on the check-in day and check-out day. Parking by car: max. 2 hours right in front of the apartment (parking ticket - for a fee). Free from 9 pm - 9 am on weekdays, as well as on Sunday. 3 parking garages in the immediate vicinity: parking garage Fischerviertel, parking garage Deutschhaus, parking garage Am Rathaus. For children we have a lego box, Gravitrax-Murmelbahn box, lego box, the crazy labyrinth, books as well as a children's book about the Ulm Cathedral and a children's CD from/via Ulm (CD player is on site).
