As you enter, you'll be greeted by a billiard room to the left and a living room to the right, where you can pile on the leather sofas, watch Netflix on TV, and play board games well into the evening. The light-filled, well-equipped kitchen is just beyond, offering stainless steel appliances, an eat-in dining table, and sliding doors that lead outside to the new composite deck, firepit, and gas grill. After a barbecue dinner and a walk around the neighborhood with your dogs, you can come home to toss the day's clothes in the washer/dryer. There's one bedroom on the main floor and two bedrooms upstairs - including a special room for the kids with chalkboards on the wall. Additional perks include ample parking.
