Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Pets by arrangement The space Thoroughly renovated, bright and friendly rooms in a modern style, separate apartment entrance accessible via a staircase. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. The windows are fitted with fly screens. In the bedroom there is a double bed 180 x 200 cm with 2 bedside tables and lights, as well as a wardrobe and a dresser. The kitchen has a coffee machine and a Senseo machine. An oven with ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster and a kettle and also cookware, dishes, cutlery and a selection of spices. In the kitchen is an extendable dining table with 4 upholstered chairs. In the living room there is an armchair, a sofa bed 160 × 200 cm which provides 2 additional sleeping places. A smart TV with DVBT and an Amazon Fire TV stick provided where you can log in with your account. Free Wi-Fi access is also available. The access data can be found in a brochure provided. The bedroom is separated from the living area. You can access the bedroom and the kitchen from the hallway. Of course, both can be locked. The bathroom has a large shower with a rain shower head, a large sink with an illuminated mirror and a sink cabinet in which you can store your cosmetics. In addition, the inventory includes a hairdryer, board games, a Bluray player, DVDs, sewing kit, baby travel crib with extra mattress and a high chair. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided by us and do not have to be brought along. Dogs: For a stay with a dog, please bring everything yourself. The price for a dog is €15. For each additional dog, the price will be billed on site. Send us a request before booking. Dogs are always welcome here. Please understand that your dogs, out of consideration for other guests, do not go on the couch or in bed. An additional storage room is also part of the apartment. A great view awaits you. Garden: A separately fenced garden with private access and garden furniture is available. We are happy to provide you with a grill and umbrella after consultation. Ebikes: With us you can store your e-bikes safely and at the same time also charge them for free. You will also find cycling maps and tips on special excursion destinations in the apartment. Guest access Separate apartment entrance accessible via a staircase. Other things to note In the center of town there is an Edeka market for everyday needs and a bakery where you can also have breakfast. In addition, there is a vending machine with fruit, vegetables and fresh eggs in the village, as well as a vending machine with water buffalo meat at another farm shop. Surrounding shopping for everyday needs are put together in a brochure in the apartment for you. You will also find flyers for your leisure activities, bike rides and other excursions. You are welcome to bring your bikes. In the neighboring village of Xanten you can also rent bicycles (e-bikes). It is possible to accommodate and charge them in a lockable room. Free parking is available in a separate parking lot behind the house. In the separately fenced garden with private access, there is a small corner with garden furniture available where you can enjoy your time. We shall gladly provide a grill upon request.
