This cozy and clean house has everything you need is within walking distance; Swimming pool, ice arena, library, laundromat, fitness centre, farmers market, restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The house, which you have all to yourself, has a fully equipped kitchen and is set up for 6 people maximum. The 2 larger bedrooms each have 2 double beds, the smaller bedroom has 1 double bed, but we can add a second double bed for a small fee upon request Up to a 40% discount for longer term stays. The space We’re currently in the process of building a privacy fence around the property so we can add an outdoor seating area for our guests. There is room for 2 vehicles on the property and there is plenty room for a few more trucks and trailers just outside the gate. Guest access The fence gate and access door will have a personalized code for each group of guests. This code is unique for your group. The code will be send to you about 24 hours prior to your arrival. Other things to note If you’d like or need to stay longer than a month, please feel free to reach out to discuss the discount rate. For longer stays, we offer weekly or biweekly full change overs, which has proven to be ideal for work crew change overs. Please note, for comfort, we standard have 5 beds, but we can place the 6th double bed upon request (fees to be charged). Maximum amount of guests is 6.
