The home is l overlooking Possession Sound and there's a greenbelt on the south side. View eagles, osprey, herons, owls, deer, seals, and occasionally, Orca and Humpback whales from this charming home. Relax with your morning complimentary coffee and enjoy the golden-pink sun rays glistening on the water as the sun rises over the Cascade Mts! At dusk you can enjoy the reflection of the sunset in the clouds and on the water. and possibly catch the moonrise over the Cascades. Stay toasty with a beautiful Lopi wood stove with window for gazing at the fire. The couch has 2 built-in recliners and there’s an additional swivel recliner as well so everyone can be comfy. The kitchen has gorgeous Quartzite counter tops and is fully stocked (quality cookware too). Enjoy your own covered patio with a propane barbecue, fire pit, hammock and very comfortable cushioned wrought iron table and chairs. We are perfume free. ~You’ll love the comfortable beds with all cotton quality bedding (+ down quilts in the winter), black out curtains, large closets and ambient lighting. ~You can enjoy fiberoptic high-speed internet, a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, and a DVD player :) ~A full size stocked kitchen with electric stove, oven, toaster oven, an array of spices, coffee maker and a French press with complimentary coffee, a blender, popcorn popper, and quality pots and pans. ~There are some books, a puzzle and a couple of board games on the bookshelf. ~Salt and Cedar is a great launching pad to explore Whidbey Island so if you’re in the mood for an excursion there are miles of beautiful trails, beaches, parks and charming towns to explore. A beautiful place to stroll along the water or through the town with its excellent restaurants and sweet little boutiques. ~If you have a boat or RV Salt and Cedar has parking available but no hook ups. Contact us for details. Please Note: ~ This is a no shoes home so you may want to bring your slippers. ~The greenbelt is a ravine with a very steep drop off but the back yard is fenced in. Please no young children allowed outside of the gated area without close supervision. Guest access The whole downstairs all to yourself with a covered patio and beautiful lush yard. The stellar view can be seen from all rooms except one bedroom.
