Max dog size 50lbs NO CAT ALLOWED (owner allergic) , any damage to furniture is at the owner's expense. NO MORE THAN 2 ANIMALS IN THIS APARTMENT - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT RULES. ★ House-broken animals only. Animals other than dogs must remain in their protected environment (fishbowl, cage, etc., as applicable). Dogs must be taken out for their potty breaks, no pee pee pads only trained dogs. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the apartment. Animals are not allowed on the furniture. If you say it’s a service animal & Comfort, it must never be left alone in the home without you. You are responsible to clean up dog waste in the yard immediately..
