The space We provide all our guests with a clean, comfortable place to stay in a good location, to use as a base to explore Nicosia historic centre, the wonderful and exciting Troodos mountain region and the sunny beaches of Larnaca and Protaras. The place is fully furnished and equipped with thermal and sound insulated windows and the latest technology air conditioner. The bedroom has a lockable door and you get your own set of keys. The bathroom is private and inside the bedroom. Guests have full access to the studio at all times. There is private parking free of charged. The bedroom has a good size to accommodate up to 3 people comfortably. As you can see from the photos, in the bedroom there is a double bed, a sofa bed, flat screen digital TV, a wardrobe, desk/dining table where you will be able to study or enjoy your meal. Clean and private bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a wash basin. Toiletries we provide include: shampoo, shower gel and soap. We also provide towels, hair dryer. Iron and ironing board are also provided. A washing machine is available. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hot plates, ater kettle, toaster, silverware, plates and other amenities.
