Calle Montaño is one of the most beautiful streets in the historic center of Malaga. It is a residential street without shops or hospitality businesses so the tranquility and night silence allow you to rest and relax during your stay. We strive to make guests' stay comfortable, quiet, and free of inconveniences or unforeseen events. We're proactive and can help guests with whatever they need, so visiting a city they don't know doesn't become a problem. We are a 5-minute walk to Plaza de la Merced, 7 minutes to the Picasso Museum, and 17 minutes to the nearest beach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. One of them with two single 90x200 beds and another with a 150x190 bed, a bathroom with double sink and shower, kitchenette, living room, sofa bed, dining table, desk, TV, Wi-Fi network, interior patio with table and chairs, washing machine, dishwasher, clothesline and basic kitchen and breakfast utensils. The bedroom windows are double glazed, the front door has a security lock. If the reservation is for two people and you want to use both rooms, only one of the 90 beds and the 135 bed in the other room will be enabled for use. We apply a cleaning fee per stay. The apartment is on the ground floor but has 8 steps in the doorway. We can personally welcome you from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. After 9:00 PM and until 11:00 PM we can also receive you personally (prior confirmation from us that we can actually do it), with a surcharge. In case you do not need our presence to enter the apartment after 9:00 PM, you can have the key in the apartment itself through a security box with a code (on the apartment's own window grille). The key will be provided on the day of entry upon delivery of the guest's personal documentation required by local authorities. We can arrange for a taxi with a sign with your name on it to pick you up personally from the airport. We just need to know your flight details. Check-out from the apartment can be done until 11:00 AM. If you need to do it later, ask us and we'll let you know if it's available. We can also offer check-in before 4 pm, depending on availability. If you need a folding stroller or a folding playpen, we apply a surcharge per stay. We need to know this before arrival. We provide one set of keys per stay, and if an additional set is required, we can provide it at an extra cost (maximum one additional set). In case of loss, as these are special security keys, the guest must pay an amount to cover the cost of the new copy. No parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties are allowed and of course we need quiet hours to be respected at all times, especially during rest hours and in the courtyard. Bath towels may not be taken out of the apartment. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building and inside the apartment. No pets allowed The building's common areas cannot be occupied with belongings or bicycles.
