Kirkwood Cottage - Our thoughtfully restored 1940's cottage is a centrally located, peaceful getaway right in the heart of Atlanta! Walking distance from wonderful bars, restaurants, and coffee shops yet on a quiet residential street amongst the trees. Featuring a large yard for fido! The space Our home is a charming 1948 cottage with historic charm and modern amenities. As you enter our home you are welcomed into our cozy living room featuring ample comfortable seating for you and your guests as well as a large TV with Roku streaming services. There are two bedrooms, one very large primary bedroom with a king bed. The second bedroom/ office features a queen bed. Both rooms have closet space as well as dressers. There is one full bath accessible in the main hallway convenient to both bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you could need to make a home cooked meal. Leaving the kitchen you can eat outside on the covered patio featuring a table large enough for six guests. The patio looks out onto a large fully fenced yard where Fido can stretch his legs after your long journey! Guest access Guests will be provided a security code 1 hour before check in. Guests will have full access to the entire home including the backyard, porch and patio area. Other things to note We are dog friendly :)
