A large living-dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, kitchenware, and small appliances. There is also a small guest toilet next to the living room. The house is perfect for vacations, and also has spaces for remote work. The rooms and living room surround the large outdoor terrace next to the heated pool. The complex faces directly south and is protected from the wind. All beds are 180x200 or 90x200, with very comfortable high-end Eco viscoelastic mattresses. Casa Ami is a completely sustainable and environmentally friendly building. We have installed a state-of-the-art solar station, which produces all the necessary electricity and hot water, although of course there is a support system in extraordinary cases of need. All the water used in the house is purified and recycled to water the garden. The pool is 10 meters long, 4 meters wide, and 1.40 meters deep. It is not protected, so we do not recommend it for children or people who cannot swim properly. Other things to note A few minutes walk away is the center of the village of Lajares, with all the amenities: restaurants, supermarket and the craft market on Saturday mornings. Just a 15-minute drive to well-known beaches such as Castillo, Majanicho, Palomitas, Flag Beach, the Corralejo Dunes Natural Park, or the picturesque fishing village of Cotillo.
