Private Suite, with full bathroom and separate entrance. Close to the Empire State Bike Trail. The house has two driveways; the first is flat, the second is steep. SUVs are best. If the steep driveway is a challenge, please do not screech your tires—park on the first driveway and walk up to the house. The space The Suite has one FULL bed secured in hypoallergenic zippered sleeve and 3 inch foam topper. Convertible ottoman opens to a twin. Coffee maker, coffee, tea, cups, glasses, bowls, plates, utensils, microwave, toaster, and mini-fridge. Bathroom offers shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plenty of outlets. Hangers, iron/ironing board, extra blankets and pillows are in the Suite's closet. Guest access The Guest Suite entrance is at the back of the house, steps from the car landing at the top of the second driveway. Keypad access is last four digits of the phone number on the account. During your stay The pups and I try not to disturb you. I work full time outside of the home. I have my phone with me; message me if you have questions, concerns, or need anything. Other things to note Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM. Will advise if the room is available for early check in so you can drop your things, and get settled. Late check-in is also flexible. Come to the upper driveway, follow the sign, and the motion activated lights to the back of the house and the Studio Suite. The Studio Suite is pet friendly. Please keep the door between the studio and the main house closed. Guests may move freely within the communal parts of the home. My pups are very friendly. **We have a septic system, no city sewer. Sanitary products of any kind CANNOT be flushed; tampons, baby wipes, "flushable" wipes, paper towels. Dispose of ALL these items in the garbage. If necessary help yourself to extra garbage bags stored under bathroom sink.
