We offer an autonomous space connected to the back of my house via one door. My three small adopted pups and I also live here. Property is built into a steep hillside and backs up to the forest. The vast majority of our guests find the space peaceful, quiet, and restful. We are in a central location in Brewster. At the juncture where 684 North meets 84 E/W and Rt. 22. If you’re in a Hudson Valley state of mind, ours is an excellent jumping off point. The space Guests are welcome to utilize shared spaces but everything you need has been painstakingly provided if you prefer to only use the Suite. You have 1 Full bed, with a 3-inch memory foam topper. The ottoman converts to a twin bed and extra bedding is in your closet. Kitchenette is stocked with a coffee maker, coffee, an electric kettle, and filtered water pitcher in your mini-fridge. There are cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, plates, and utensils, microwave, and a toaster. Your private bathroom contains shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, and first aid kit. In the closet, hangers, ironing board, iron, foldable dinner trays, and folding chairs. Also games, puzzles, books, Roku stick: HBO, Peacock, and HULU included. A wellness basket with weights, exercise bands, and yoga mats. The space is appropriate for no more than two adults. We are pet friendly and hope our guests are as well. If an occasional bark is upsetting, this is not the right place for you. Guest access Guest private entrance is at the back of the house, steps from the landing at the top of the second driveway. Keypad access is programmed to last four digits of your phone number (not my number). If preferable, guests may also enter through the main house. During your stay The pups and I live in this house. I am always available on my phone. Contact me immediately if you need anything or if there is a concern. I am early to bed, early to rise with a long commute and a demanding job, but I’m home every night if you need me. Other things to note I work full-time and have set a 4:00 PM check-in and a 12:00 PM checkout. Early check-in is often possible. Send me a message and ask. Late arrival is not a problem. Guest entrance is in the back. I leave on a porch light and have several motion activated lights. To maintain optimal cleanliness, my pups are not permitted in the Suite. Come on in to the main house and close the Suite door behind you. **SEPTIC system, no city sewer. Sanitary products of any kind CANNOT be flushed; tampons, baby wipes, "flushable" wipes, paper towels ALL disposed in the garbage. Extra garbage bags stored under bathroom sink.
