One-room apartment with separate entrance

There are nine flats in this apartment building on the outskirts of Droyßig. We rent out six of them as holiday flats. Our flats are attractively and functionally furnished. Each flat has Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower, smart TV and a modern kitchen. On the spacious property there are enough parking spaces (also for sprinters), a barbecue area and a rotary clothes dryer. Two washing machines are available for our guests in the laundry room. The space Our spacious one-room apartment (40m²) has its own entrance at the back of the building. Soon a private terrace will be built for this apartment. You already have a great view of the paddock of the neighboring stables and the majestic animals. The large living area with integrated kitchen is complemented by a storage room and bathroom. All our apartments have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. In the laundry room of the house, our guests will find a washing machine for common use and on the property there is a rotary dryer to dry the laundry. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Pets are allowed (extra charge upon request).
