Welcome to our Lakeside Retreat, a tranquil & rejuvenating escape nestled on the shores of Rollins Lake. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or simply a place to unwind & reconnect with nature, our Lakeside Retreat is the perfect choice. The highlight of this retreat is undoubtedly the stunning lake views & direct access to the water. Sleeps up to 20. Great Winter Retreat: Less than an hour to Ski Resorts weather & roads permitting. The space This is a wonderful 5 acre property with lake access. The garage was transformed into media room/game room. The large home features four bedrooms, three full baths, beautiful floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the lake views. The home is fully loaded with all you will need for your stay. Kayaks, paddle boards, and other floating devices are provided as a courtesy for your water enjoyment. Enjoy the large back deck or additional entertaining space. Hang out in the hot tub while enjoying the amazing Lakeview. There’s two separate easy trails to get down to the water. PLEASE NOTE: Rollins Lake is a PG&E Reservoir and water recedes some during Fall & Winter months. (After Labor Day - March/April). How much it recedes depends on PGE....Some years more than others. There will still be a "lake view" but not as it is throughout the summer. Access to the Lake can be more challenging as well. Guest access Entire home Other things to note The Greenhorn campground resort is a short distance from this home. The gate access is off of Green Horn Access Road. If you have overflow during the summer months, reserve a spot at the one of the campgrounds around the lake. The closet campground is Greenhorn, then Orchard Springs. RV spots & tent spots. Make your reservations early. There's a total of 4 campgrounds around the lake and a boat rental at Long Ravine campground. This home is also a popular spot for skiers/snowboarders. Closet Ski Resort is less than an hour away in fair weather. Enjoy the Historic nearby towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, & Colfax. Yuba River, Bear River & American River are all within 20 minutes. Great hiking, fishing, waterfalls, rock climbing, mountain biking. Our beautiful Sierra Foothills has it all.
