A peaceful and centrally-located place in Orange County that offers you a private loft w private entrance & 1 spot driveway parking. The home is in central of everything, 15 mins to HB beach, 35 mins to Disneyland. ( listing address is our office- the house address will be sent privately to you after booking confirmed) There are 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed that's GOOD FOR 1-3 PEOPLE The 4th guest will sleep on the couch Due to allergic reactions , no pets or animals are allowed The space ✅It’s a nice and clean studio loft, belong to our old house. Home is in the middle of OC, cities nearby: Westminster, Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, Westminster, Santa Ana, Garden Grove… There is nothing fancy, but we made it home sweet home. The great amenities will bring you a peaceful & comfort stay. Looking forward to hosting quiet, respectful guests. ✅The Loft has a queen bed and a twin bed that fits 3 guests and there is a couch that can sleep 1 more ✅Bathroom is small like the RV bathroom but it does its function well, it has standing shower, toilet & sink with cabinet, in a cute design. ✅There are big wardrobes for your clothes & things , iron & iron board are available as well. Mini kitchen that allows you to cook your light meals easily, it has a hot plate, microwave, rice cooker, air fryer & e-kettle. Cups, dishes, bowls & utensils are available. ✅To comfort you in all kind of weathers, the loft has window A/C, portable A/C & 2 fans. Home has central heater & your A/C is working well on heating. Mini heater will be also available in winter if you need more warmth . Big TV for your enjoyment of watching your favorite shows. Board games are also available for your family time. Have a great stay 🚗 There is no street parking here. You have 1 spot in the driveway. PLEASE BRING 1 CAR ONLY. ***Please no party, no visitors, loud music, drugs or 420 due to we only expect peaceful vibes only. ( and there is no parking spot for visitors or friends) ❌❌❌There is an empty pool which is in process of removal. We are cover it by a black cover. Please ignore the mess. Please do not step on the cover. Please stay away from it ✅ Service animal : WE RECOMMEND YOU TO PICK OTHER PLACES IF YOU GO WITH ANIMALS. In case you decide to book this place with your SA, Per our Orange County rental permit requirements, we request that you disclose if you are traveling with a Service Animal in the beginning, as we are required to provide a rabies vaccination record and county registration to the county of Orange. You will be asked to sign a supplemental terms and conditions agreement within 72 hours of booking. If we discover misrepresentation of a pet as a Service Animal, we reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately along with a charge of $500 that cover additional cleaning fee, among other. We’ll report fraudulent claims to government authorities. Please let us know AHEAD OF TIME if you need an assistance of a service animal so that we can arrange the booking accordingly. Last minute notice and/or disclosure is unacceptable. (It will be $500 fine - for violations. Pls kindly understand.) ***Please note that we have security cameras around the house, driveway, laundry room , and backyard ( all is shared areas), for the best safety, not for tracking our guests. ***Location shows on website is our office address, home is 10’ away from our office, the posted address is for estimation only, the exact home address will be provided privately after booking Guest access Your Loft Laundry $5/ load . Long stay over 1 month: free Detergent is not included Please only go to the backyard for trash. (Stay away from the empty pool for safety) Other things to note For our safety & privacy, Pls don’t share our home address for your mails or packages, nor your businesses and other parties that are not related.
