New house located in a quiet area

Our peaceful, new and comfortable house with a pool offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with stunning views. It is located in the heart of the Jurançon vineyards. Large space for outdoor games: balls, Mölkky, pétanque. Two terraces are at your disposal. Ideal location: close to the ocean (Basque and Landes coasts), the Pyrenees Mountains, and the Basque Country in Spain. Sports, Leisure, Culture, Various Sightseeing (lakes, caves, natural cirque) Béarn has many surprises in store for you! The space The house is very bright and opens onto nature. You will find bath towels, a washcloth, shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Also books for adults and children, and games The Titerie: one 2m x 2m bed and two large 140 cm beds. Barbecue. Pétanque balls for adults and children. Molkky game Guest access You will have access to the entire ground floor (120 square meters). The converted attic is not rented out. Other things to note The pool is equipped with an electric safety cover, which in no way eliminates the need for parental supervision of children. Remember to put the fasteners at the end of the cover when closing it for safety and to remove them when opening it to prevent them from breaking or tearing off! Thank you.
