The apartment is located on the second floor, with an ELEVATOR, in an ancient building of the 1600s in a very quiet and quiet location. It is equipped with a DOORMAN, for the safety of guests. It has been recently renovated and furnished with elegance and attention to detail, to offer maximum comfort. It is equipped with a walk-in closet and workstation (Wi-Fi). The space The apartment (97 sqm) is on the 2nd floor of a historic building of the 1600s with ELEVATOR and CONCIERGE (security). It's on two levels with an internal staircase. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - a large living room with 55 "Smart TV, Alexa, sofa, reading nook with desk; - fully equipped kitchen; - and a windowed bathroom. ON THE SECOND FLOOR: - two bedrooms: a double bedroom with a king size bed (200X180) and a cot/crib for infants or children under 3 years old (upon request) and safe with combination; and a room with a single bed (200X80) and an extra bed (190x80); - a windowed bathroom with double shower; And also air conditioning and WiFi. The heating is centralized condominium and the air conditioners are also available as a heat pump. Guest access Entire apartment - in certain periods I have entered a minimum number of nights that with the request for information can be agreed upon for any changes. Access is provided with the reception for guests by the staff, subject to verification of the identity documents and signing a contract, according to Italian law. Other things to note The apartment has two street access gates: - the first is the one reported as the address of the apartment Via di Sant'Eustachio 3 ; - the second gate is on Via della Rotonda 23, it is right in front of the Pantheon colonnade, 20 meters from the taxi station. A toddler/crib bed can be added in the double bedroom, with changing table, equipped with linens at a cost of €20 per day. A child up to 3 years in the parents' bed is free. The house is equipped with a lock box with an electronic code, whose loss/forgetfulness entails a restoration cost of 30€. The loss of the apartment keys, if handed over, has a cost of €300. The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels (shower towel, shower mat, face towel and bidet) - bathroom kit (shower, shampoo, headset, soap, adult slippers, toothbrush and vanity set) - kitchen kit (soaps, gloves, wet tablecloths, paper towels, and accessories and dishes) - for cooking (salt, sugar, oil) and salty and sweet complimentary: water/coca cola, wine, coffee capsules, classic taste Bialetti, salty/sweet cookies, tea). Any request for change of bedding and towels costs €30 per person. Check-in from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, if possible, has a surcharge to be paid on site in cash of €40 and, after 10:30 pm, €90.
