When you enter this elegant 43 m² air-conditioned duplex, you arrive in a spacious and well-equipped living room/kitchen that serves the shower room and toilet. A staircase allows you to access the beautiful duplex room, with an attic, in which we stand thanks to the beautiful height of the ceilings. The bright living room with stunning views of the Palais des Papes, full of charm, consists of a comfortable sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Plenty of storage under the stairs will allow you to easily store your suitcases. You will also find an iron and ironing board, as well as a mobile fan to move wherever you want. The open kitchen, also bright, is equipped with: - a counter with two chairs - a refrigerator/freezer - a microwave - an oven - induction hotplates - a Nespresso coffee machine - a kettle - a toaster - dishes, pans, pots... - common cooking utensils. The bright bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, hairdryer, and storage. Bath towels are provided. Not to mention, of course, the toilet. Upstairs you will find the very bright bedroom (2 windows) with a comfortable 160 x 200 bed, a workspace with a comfortable office chair, as well as a wardrobe with hangers and storage closets at your disposal.
