Large house in the heart of the Corrèze countryside, in the beautiful region of Argentat-sur-Dordogne. 4 bedrooms: 4 double beds + 1 child bed up to about 1m40, and 1 sofa bed 2 places if necessary. It is surrounded by meadows and woods, and bordered by a stream. Equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. WARNING: This is an old house, it is not perfect, the decor is not top notch, hence the price. The space It is an old farm, quiet, pleasant to live in, surrounded by meadows (where my horses often graze) and woods, 2 minutes' drive/10 minutes' walk from the center of St Chamant. 6 km from Argentat-sur-Dordogne, close to the Cascades de Murel, Lake Miel, Tours de Merle, it is the perfect place for hiking and family stays. The accommodation is fully equipped and stays cool in summer. For the kitchen, you can choose between wood and electric. All bedrooms come equipped with radiators. This is not a new house with perfect decor. Guest access All parts of the house are at your disposal. The courtyard and the land of several hectares as well. The enclosure with the pens in front of the house are available for your pet. However, access to the barn is not allowed, and you must not enter the meadows where the horses are or go into the vegetable garden. Other things to note Linens provided but bring your bath towels :)
