Our house is situated in a quiet location, only 10 minutes walk from the village center, where you can get tasty rolls for your breakfast at the bakery. In the immediate vicinity are: bus stop, hiking and biking trails, LL cross-country ski trail, ice stadium, the Alpcura Reha-Fachklinik and the hospital St. Vinzenz. Bicycle and ski garage is available. The Fwhg. are both non-smoking apartments and have been furnished allergy-friendly. Pets are therefore not allowed. The space The bright, light-flooded vacation apartment with a size of 35 sqm is located in the attic. It consists of a combined living room and bedroom as well as a modern wooden kitchen with table and two chairs and a marble bathroom in Mediterranean style with a large, ground-level, open shower and toilet including underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven and leaves nothing to be desired. Our tap water is revitalized with GRANDER and thus has a very special drinking quality. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Our vacation apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. The attic is well insulated by a roof insulation and in all rooms there are open wooden beams, which contribute to a pleasant indoor climate. In the entire apartment there are only high-quality floor coverings (cork or marble tiles). In the living room, bedroom awaits you a 160 x 200 cm double bed with adjustable slatted frames, as well as a comfortable leather couch with ottoman to relax. The bedding and mattresses are equipped with allergy-protective covers (dust mites) for their restful sleep. For longer stays incl. change of towels. Pets are not allowed, we ask for their understanding.
