The Domaine de Poulaines en Berry, in the heart of a village, with shops, consists of a Renaissance Manor, common XVII-XIX e, surrounded by 20 ha of woods and 4.5 ha of gardens with the European Label "Remarkable Garden". Close to the A71, A85, A20, the Châteaux of the Loire Valley (Valençay, Chambord, Chenonceau...), Beauval Zoo. Enjoy the glamour of this stylish, upscale place. The space The guest suite is located on the first floor of the Renaissance Manor and offers a great view of the courtyard and gardens. It has been tastefully and passionately furnished by its owner. You will find family furniture, art, as well as contemporary creations. Everything has been designed so you can have a memorable stay. The suite consists of the 27 m2 guest room with its ensuite bathroom. Plus a second bedroom of 27 m2 with 2 beds (possibility of a 180 cm bed), accessible by a private landing. Breakfast included. It is possible to complete the suite offer with our cottages. We cannot accept children under the age of 14 in the Manor section. An alarm exists in the Manor, made mandatory by the insurer. It cannot be turned on with a human presence inside because it would ring. My dog, an Australian Shepherd, June, is present Guest access During your stay, you can access the attic of the Manor and its Renaissance framework converted into a living room with its billiards, foosball, home cinema and magnificent library. Other things to note In the heart of a 25-hectare wooded park, the Domaine de Poulaines, a seigneurial estate mentioned as early as 1340, consists of wonderful gardens and an arboretum. Magnificent trees and centuries-old boxwoods surround a Renaissance manor and its outbuildings. For more than 30 years, we have been reviving this preserved place by restoring the buildings and creating themed gardens, on 5 hectares, around the descriptions and essences of the 18th and 19th centuries. The sculptures in the park will guide your steps to the bend of a path where our sheep graze quietly. On the farm side, you will discover a vegetable garden, orchard, bouquet garden and beehives.
