The space Inside the Home The house is set over two floors and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: Living Room: A bright, cosy space to unwind with a comfy sofa, armchair, smart TV, and a dining area perfect for meals or planning your day. Kitchen: Fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine and all the cookware and tableware you’ll need for dining in. Bedrooms: Upstairs you’ll find two well-sized bedrooms: – One double bedroom with a comfortable bed, storage, and calming decor – One twin bedroom (bunks), great for kids or friends sharing Bathroom: Located upstairs, with a walk in shower, toilet, and basin. Fresh towels, soap, and essentials are provided. Parking & Access: Free on-street parking is usually available right outside. If not, seafront bays are just 30 seconds away. Guests have full access to the entire property. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the entire home Other things to note ID Verification: All guests aged 18 and over are required to complete ID verification as part of the standard safety and insurance policy. It’s so Airbnb knows who is staying at the property and to ensure the booking is properly covered. The process is secure, fully GDPR-compliant, and all information is handled directly by Airbnb. It’s a straightforward step, and helps keep everyone safe and protected during their stay. Please note this is a requirement for all guests 18+, Failure to complete this information 24 hours ahead of the Check-in date will result is the booking being suspended until the information is provided. Pets: Pets are welcome but must be kept downstairs only and are strictly not allowed in bedrooms. Please clean up after your pet and report any damage. Any pet-related damage or toilet accidents inside the house will result in a £300 deep cleaning fee. Pets must not be left unattended in the property at any time. Long-Term Stays: For bookings over 10 days (up to a max of 25 days), linen and towels will be changed and a clean carried out every 10 days. This will require access to the property for around 3 hours by the host or cleaning team. Infants: We do not provide cots or highchairs.
