Renovated apartment on the 2nd floor of a historic half-timbered house on the outskirts of Sebnitz. The house is located on the edge of the forest and a stream. The hiking areas of Saxon Switzerland are about 10 km away and can be easily reached by car, bus or train. The bus station is in front of the house, the train station is about 1 km away. Riding stable 100 m (riding lessons can be arranged), shopping 500 m, Sebnitz city center 3 km, Dresden 50 km. Bikers welcome. The space The apartment has been newly renovated and is bright, modern and comfortably furnished. Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. 1 double bed in the bedroom and 1 bed in the living room. Another sleeping option is on the pull-out sofa. Extra charge for the 4th person €10 per night. Payment of the surcharge against receipt upon arrival. Size of the apartment is approximately 49 m². In addition to heating, the living room has a fireplace. Wood is provided. If you arrive by car/motorcycle, you can use the carport. Arrival by bus or train is possible without any problems. The city of Sebnitz charges a tourist tax of €2.50 (reduced €2.00) per person per night. Guest access You book the entire apartment and have access from the staircase. Besides you, only my family lives in the house. A separate outdoor seating area with barbecue is at your disposal.
