Our house comes with a private pool just for you (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). Additionally, there is a game room equipped with 9 arcades, a foosball table and a TV. The game room also includes a Futon couch for additional guests. Each bedroom is adorned with smart TVS, a unique theme and ambient music, creating an immersive experience that transports you into the captivating world of a movie. For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor and a full bathroom next to it. The first floor also offers a cozy living room with two comfortable sofa beds for additional guests and a dining area. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor. Once registered, vehicles cannot be replaced or exchanged, even if one is removed. • We offer complimentary Wi-Fi. • Kids amenities free of charge: high chair, kids table, crib, and baby tub. • Free washer and dryer available at the house. • You’ll find a starter pack with: Laundry Soap (3 loads), Dish Soap and Dish Washer Detergent, Salt, Pepper, Sugar, Coffee, Toilet Paper (1 for each bathroom) Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (3), Shampoo and Shower Gel (1 for each bathroom). • We offer pool heating for an additional $49.90 per night (it has to be for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 90º (maximum temperature for the pool). Let us know in advance if you want this option, so when you get to the house, the pool will already be heated for you. • We offer a propane grill for free! Guests are responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill. However, if the tank is full upon arrival, feel free to use it.
